Hello Dr. Pesthy,

I hope you are doing well!

My name is Alexis Poulos, I am the Area Site Manager for Provider’s Choice Scribe Services. Our company provides job opportunities for students and postgraduates who are interested in pursuing a career in the medical field and would like a part-time job while also getting first-hand experience working in a hospital. They are able to work alongside doctors and around patients in a clinical setting and are responsible for doing a majority of the doctor’s documentation. We train and provide all of the necessary tools they will need to be successful scribes.

Our company is based out of San Antonio, but we are needing scribes from the San Marcos/ New Braunfels area to work in the Christus Santa Rosa Hospital located in San Marcos.

If you could send out a flyer and our website link to apply, or know of anyone that would like to gain clinical experience in a hospital setting to get their foot in the door – that would be wonderful! I have attached below a flyer with all of the information that a potential applicant would need to know about getting the application process started, as well as our link for the application.

Have a wonderful day!

Please see email below and attachments regarding an upcoming summer workshop being offered by the UT HSC at Houston School of Dentistry. It is not free, but the cost is not too bad either.
